Judy Seltzer
Judy Seltzer was drawn to funeral planning in 2003. She's always loved helping and educating people. In May of that year, she reconnected with a former co-worker at a mutual friend's wedding who was working in funeral service. They talked all night about how advance funeral planning helps families and Judy was hooked.
Judy obtained her Wisconsin insurance license in June of 2003, and was certified by the Funeral Directors Board of Examiners as a Burial Agreements Provider in July of the same year, she then attended the Outlook Group's Advance Funeral Planning Academy, graduating in August of 2003.
She has been an Advance Funeral Planning Professional since August 13, 2003, earning multiple awards of recognition for outstanding customer service and performance. Judy has earned the distinguished title of Certified Preplanning Consultant, (CPC) from the National Funeral Directors Association, headquartered in Brookfield, Wisconsin in September of 2006. Continuing education remains an important aspect of being able to provide the best information and care for the families Judy helps.
"The best part of my job" she says, "is meeting families who have questions and being able to provide answers that help them make difficult decisions before there is a family emergency. The relief they feel at having lifted the burden from their family at a time when they shouldn't be making decisions is immeasurable."
