I’ve been struggling with what to say about Katie. Most of my memories are of her as a little girl. First niece, smiling and playful. I used to do home movies and I keep thinking of her rolling an egg with her little nose during a relay race we did in grandma’s and grandpa’s backyard.
I was just informed of Katie's passing. I was a classmate of hers at St. Joan Antida HS. We rode together with our group of carpool mom and dads daily. I graduated before her and lost touch. But, I will never forget her laugh and smile. Rest easy and spread your wings, Katie!
