Hollmann, John William

Passed away on Friday, November 29th at the age of 66.  Loving husband of Sandy (nee Leinberger).  Beloved dad of Sarah (Dan) Schmidt and Erin (Brad) Johnson.  Proud grandpa of Elizabeth, Harper, Lucas, and Kamren.  Caring brother-in-law of Molly Hollmann.  Dear uncle of Josie (Nick) Falzone and Ami (Aaron) Hurd.  Preceded in death by his parents Clarence and Edith Hollmann, and brother Steve (Molly) Hollmann.  Also survived by other relatives and many friends.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 5th at the funeral home from 4pm-7pm, followed by the funeral service at 7pm.  Interment Highland Memorial Park.

John was an employee of the City of Greenfield for 30 years until retirement.  He loved his girls and grandchildren dearly.  John had a passion for coaching and watching sports; he never missed a game or event when it came to his kids and grandkids.  Some of his most enjoyable moments were spent out on the lake fishing.  John was known for his quick wit and sense of humor, and he’ll be greatly missed by many.

Memorials to American Cancer Society or Children’s Wisconsin appreciated.
