Reunited with his beloved wife Marilyn on Thursday, December 23, 2021 age 95 years.  Loving father of Thomas, Alan, Daniel and Susan (Robert) Lawton.  Proud grandpa of Michael (Lauren), Kate (Matt) Ruebl, Sara (Andrew) Tomkin, Jennifer (Michael) Minikowski and Jessica Lawton.  Great-grandpa of Gus.  Brother-in-law of Tom Herzog.  Further survived by other relatives and friends.

Funeral Services are going to be held Thursday, July 14, 2022 at Heritage Funeral Home 4800 S. 84th Street Greenfield, WI 53228 at 11 AM.  Military Honors and placement at Southern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery at 2:00 PM.

Don was retired from the Milwaukee Public School System where he was a teacher, administrator and principal at numerous schools.
