Debra (Deb / Debbie) Lee Kasper Rice

Our sweet Debbie left this world on August 15th at the age of 61. She met her fur babies: Riley, Abby, Maui, Bogey, and Rocky, at the rainbow bridge with open arms, welcoming every sloppy kiss.

Deb was only giving. She made sure everyone was happy and taken care of. She made food for 50, if the party was for 15. She wouldn’t accept ‘no’ as an answer. She raised her first daughter as a single parent, growing up beside her. She raised her second daughter in a loving home, trying to give her everything she couldn’t as a younger mom. She was ‘Momma Bear’.

Adored wife of Michael Rice. The best “Momma” of Michelle Kasper and Jessica Rice. Sweet daughter of Dorothy Kasper. Precious sister of the late Rick Kasper, Kathy (Dan) Wichser, Mark (Laura) Kasper, and Kim (Michael) Dorsey. Treasured ‘Gammie’ of Maebe, Knoxville, Bailey, and Mac. Further survived by amazing nieces and nephews, and even more relatives and friends.
