Of Brookfield passed away unexpectedly Monday, August 20, 2018 at the age of 35 years young. Unconditionally loving husband of Katee (Nee Sievert). Amazing’ one of a kind dad to Nathan and Penelope. Loving son of Dayne and Becky Revolinski. Brother of Abbey Reich. Uncle of Kasyn, Kenzie, Charlee, Mia and Sam. Son-in-law of Sherri Sievert and Don (Debbie) Sievert. Brother-in-law of Chadd, Ellee (Steve), Kelsee (Trevor), Jimmy, Kristin (Tip) and Danny. Grandson of Tom (the late Diana) Loomis, Elizabeth Shew, the late David Revolinski, Elaine (the late Del) Sievert, the late Carol Kendall and Ron (the late Ardelle) Freimark. Also survived by other relatives and friends.

A memorial visitation will take place on Friday, September 7, 2018 at FOX RIVER CHRISTIAN CHURCH S46W24130 Lawnsdale Rd in Waukesha from 4PM until the Celebration of Life at 6PM.

Adam was the most humble, caring, and kind man; not only to his family, but literally to any person he’d meet. Always there for anyone in need, day or night. In addition, Adam is the proud business owner of “A Line at a Time Striping,” and worked side by side with his dad in the family business. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the family are appreciated, or an Edvest scholarship fund for the children established. Here are the links:
