nee Luty Passed away peacefully on June 11, 2009 age 87. Mother and best friend of Pamela. Beloved wife of the late Joseph. Sister of Melvin the late Evelyn Luty, Louis Nancy Luty, Veronica Paul Solberg, Barbara the late Daniel Reske. Sister-in-law of Delores the late Harold Luty. Also survived by other relatives and friends.
Mass of Christian Burial Tuesday June 16th at 10AM at CLEMENT MANOR CHAPEL, 3939 S. 92nd St. Visitation Tuesday June 16th from 9AM until the time of service 10AM, at CLEMENT MANOR CHAPEL. Interment immediately following services at Arlington Park Cemetery.
Pam wishes to personally thank Clement Manor Health Center, the caring staff of Evergreen Unit and Season’s Hospice for the loving care Agnes received. In lieu of flowers, memorials to Clement Manor’s Dementia Care Unit appreciated.
