On February 8, 2023 Alan L. Hauser, died in the comfort of his home surrounded by his family at the age of 82.  Alan is survived by his wife Eileen (Toher) Hauser, loving father of Bridget Vail Goede and Eric Hauser, friend and Father in Law of Troy Goede.   Proud Papa of Tyler, Brianna, and Trevor.

 He was born on February 26, 1940, to Edwin Hauser and Dorothy (Hansen) Hauser in Brooklyn, New York.   He was a graduate of Whitesboro High School class of 1958.  Al was a Navy veteran and served on the USS Orion and on a submarine tender during the Cuban Crisis.  He graduated from Mohawk Valley Community College with a degree in Electrical Engineering and also attended MSOE.  Al had a career working for General Electric in Utica, NY where he met his wife Eileen Toher. He then transferred to GE Medical Systems Milwaukee.  Eileen and Al eloped to Las Vegas in 1972. They then settled in New Berlin, WI where they have lived to this day. He retired from GE in 2003.  Al had a close friendship with Ted and Bette Rydzewski in New Berlin.  Throughout his retirement he enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren and traveling. He spent many special times with his close friends, the Dwyer family in New York, Boston, and Florida.

A memorial visitation will be at Heritage Funeral Home (16880 W National Ave, New Berlin) on Tuesday, February 14, 2023 from 11 to 1:00 with a memorial service to follow.

    We were introduced to Al & Eileen by John & Melissa Dwyer & we had many enjoyable times on Patricks days in Clearwater & our home in FL, he was great company & always in good form
