Of Town of Raymond. Called home to the Lord on Friday December 28, 2012 age 81 years. Beloved husband of the late Elaine (nee Thode). Dear Father of Alana (Kerry) Kurth and Julie (John) Ertl. Loving grandfather of Jared, Justin, Joshua, Casie and Ellie. Brother of the late Melvin (the late Nell), Lloyd (Beverly), Carol (the late Lewie) Welch, the late Glenn (Esther), and Arleen (Leroy) Pfeil. Brother-in-law of Lois (the late Ted) Ludwig and Ellen (Wally) Massick. Also survived by many loved nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held on Friday January 4, 2013 from 4-7PM at the FUNERAL HOME and on Saturday January 5, 2013 from 9-10AM at WHITNALL PARK LUTHERAN CHURCH, 5847 Lilac Lane in Hales Corners, followed by funeral service at 10AM. Interment to follow at Highland Memorial Park Cemetery.

Alan was a retired employee of Drewco Corporation in Franksville, where he worked for over 55 years. Alan enjoyed to hunt, fish, snowmobile, and go camping but his biggest love was spending time with his family. If so desired, memorials to Whitnall Park Lutheran Church greatly appreciated.
