I never knew Al personally but in the very beginning of this new year, it is very saddening to learn the sudden demise of our NTS co-worker. May God give courage and bring solace to Al’s family. – SM
He was one the only people I ever met who stopped by our house unannounced to meet us for the first time! He also said he’d stop on his way home to see if we were around and he actually did stop! I call myself the ‘random relative’ because I just show up. I guess that’s one thing we had in common. The other thing in common was loving family. He had a huge heart. Well you guys, I love you too and my heart hurts for all of you. I will continue to pray for you.
Rest in Peace Al. Thanks for all the fond memories. Wear your wings proudly. With sympathy to Al’s family and friends.
My sincere condolences to Al’s family. Al was one of the nicest people I have worked with. He was always there to help anyone in need. Rest In Peace. Memory eternal
I am so sorry to learn about this. Condolences to the family and all who were close to Al. He was always helpful and considerate and he will be missed.

My sincere sympathy for another life taken too soon. I knew Al from Badgerland Water Ski Team. We skied together for many year and those years were some of the funniest, happiest times of my life. Al was a huge part of the team and always able to help out other skiers, move equipment, repair broken parts and lend a hand to anyone who need help. He was a wonderful skier and friend. His good humor, hard work and overall enthusiasm really helped the team to compete at the highest level. Another life lost too soon. My sympathy to his family, friends and his Badgerland family. From all the photos on FB, it appears that Al never lost his zest for life and that he had a remarkable family and friends. He will be missed by many.
(Photo has Al on the cover of the Water Skier Magazine in our four high pyramid from 1987. He is the 4th man from the left–This was a big deal in 1987!)
Al was a kind and caring friend. He will be missed.
Al was an incredibly hardworking man and had the best laugh and spirit. So grateful to have spent time with him and to have learned from him. Rest In Peace, Al. We miss you ♥️
My deepest sympathy for your loss. We’ll miss working with Al at Delta Dental of WI/Northwinds Technology Solutions. Our memories are a gift that allows us to keep loved ones in our hearts.
