Wednesday, March 24, 2010, age 96 years. Dear brother of Charlotte Heyer and Edward Evelyn Nimmer. Also survived by nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews whom he cherished.
Visitation Sunday, March 28, from 2:00 PM until 4:00 PM at ST. JOHN’S EV. LUTHERAN CHURCH, 4001 S. 68th St., followed by the Funeral Service at 4:00 PM. Interment Arlington Park Cemetery.
Mr. Nimmer worked for Wetzel Brothers Printing Co. and then taught printing at Boys Tech High School. He was a 1931 graduate of Lutheran High School. He loved gardening and fishing.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to St. John’s Ev. Lutheran Church, Wisconsin Lutheran High School, Wisconsin Lutheran College or Wisconsin Lutheran Institutional Ministries appreciated.
