Passed away peacefully at home after a long illness Thursday, January 8, 2008 at the age of 84 years. Beloved husband of Genevieve “Jen” nee Kujawski. Loving father of Cary and Jeffrey. Preceded in death by his sister Harriet Colby. Also survived by brother in laws, sister in laws, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Visitation Wednesday, January 14, at ZABLOCKI VA HOSPTIAL CHAPEL, 5000 W. National Ave, from 10-11AM with the Mass of Christian Burial at 11AM. Interment Southern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorials to the Adult Day Health Care Center at the VA Hospital appreciated. Alex was a member of the VFW Post #2903, Blind Veterans and Battle of the Bulge Veterans. A special thanks to the staff at the VA Hospital.
