Born into Eternal Life on Saturday, December 29th, 2018 at the age of 89 years old.
Beloved husband of Cristina (nee: Reyes) for 60 years. Loving father of Liza (Gordy) Warner, Leah (Eric) Westfall, Adelyn Zamora, the late Aurelie Zamora, Alfred (Lisa) Zamora and Lally (Jim) Willkomm. Proud grandfather of Drew Warner, Ethan Warner, Alexandra Westfall, Nicholas Westfall, Samantha Willkomm, Olivia Willkomm, Ava Zamora and Alec Zamora. Also survived by sister Araceli Zamora, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Predeceased by his parents Alfredo Zamora and Carmen Palmero Zamora and his siblings.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 4th from 10AM-11:45AM with a Mass of Christian Burial to follow at 12PM at ST. MARY’S CATHOLIC FAITH COMMUNITY (9520 W. Forest Home Ave, Hales Corners, 53130).
Alfredo’s greatest achievements were being a devoted husband, a loving father to his children, and Lolo to his grandchildren. He was a history buff who loved reading especially about WWII history, doing crossword puzzles, baking, watching movies, touring museums and taking family vacations.
Alfredo permanently moved his family to the US in 1972. Living through WWII inspired a lifelong passion for helping people. Alfredo attended college and medical school at the University of Santo Tomas in Manila, Philippines. He practiced at Deaconess Hospital and Aurora Sinai Medical Center, and went on to own his own family practice. He retired from Aurora Health Care.
