nee Blaha ?Auntie LaLa,? 88, passed away at Columbia/St. Mary?s Hospice in Milwaukee, Sunday, January 1, 2006. Alice spent her early years in northern Wisconsin living a very simple, rustic life with her mother, sisters and brother who all preceded her in death. She married Richard Prochnow who preceded her in death on December 9, 2004. Alice and Richie had one daughter, Darlene Lee Sadowske who also preceded her in death on February 10, 2005. Alice and Richie were beloved by family members who remember fondly the times spent visiting the couple at their retirement lake house and later at their home in Crivitz, WI. Alice worked for 20 years at Modern Machine. She and Richie lived their early married life in Oak Creek and then Caledonia, WI. After Richie?s passing Alice moved to Racine to be closer to remaining family until her ordeal with cancer moved her into hospice care. Alice is survived by nieces, nephews, grand nieces, grand nephews and other friends and relatives who will miss her greatly.

Visitation, Friday at the Funeral Home from 10AM-12 noon with Funeral Services at 12PM. Interment Forest Hill Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers memorial to Columbia St. Mary?s Hospice appreciated.
