Alice I. Conrardy

Alice Irene Conrardy (nee Donlin) of Menomonee Falls, WI passed away peacefully on Tuesday, November 28, 2023 in Brookfield, Wisconsin at age 94. Alice was born on March 25, 1929 in Mauston, WI and is the daughter of the late Michael and Catherine (McGinty) Donlin.
Alice graduated from St. Patrick’s High School in Mauston, WI and then moved to Milwaukee for a secretarial job with Johnson Controls. She met her husband, John, not long after. They married in 1950 and together they raised nine boys. Sadly, John preceded Alice in death in 1982. Alice continued raising their sons and has been a constant and loving fixture in their lives as well as her daughters-in-law, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Alice was very involved in St. Anthony’s Catholic Church, singing in the choir, serving as a lector and eucharistic minister and volunteering at innumerable functions. She was an active member of Christian Mothers Association and the Menomonee Falls Community League. She volunteered at the food pantry in Milwaukee. She enjoyed socializing and was an avid card player, belonging to several bridge and sheepshead clubs. She was a lifelong learner, loved arts and crafts, and took classes and volunteered at the St. James Older Adult Learning program.
Alice is survived by her sons James (Susan) of DePere, WI; John (Jane) of Appleton, WI; Daniel (Vickie Stowe) of Anacortes, WA; Anthony of Kansasville, WI; Paul (Ronna) of Muskego, WI ; Philip (Lily) of Muskego, WI; Robert (Diane Dygert) of River Forest, IL; David (Stephanie) of Muskego, WI; and Steven (Maria) of East Brunswick, NJ, as well as 21 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren with whom she loved spending time. She is also survived by a brother John (Barb) Donlin of Siren, WI.
In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by her sisters Mary (James) Smith, Bernadine (Maurice) Dougherty, and Marguerite (John) Mueller.

Visitation will be held on Friday, December 15, 2023 from 9-10:30 AM at St. Anthony’s Catholic Church, N74W13604 Appleton Ave., Menomonee Falls. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held immediately after at 10:30 AM.
