Called home to the Lord on Tuesday, April 27, 2021 at the age of 88 years.  Beloved Husband of Joan K. (nee Reder) for 63 ½ years.  Dear Father of Frank (Kelly), Joalan (Jim) Becker, Kimberlie Howard, the late Rodney (Kim) and Bruce Plato.  Loving Grandfather of Nathaniel, Ashley, Joshua (Jordan), Kelsey, Luke and the late Robert.  Great-Grandfather of Adyson, Kayel, Emmett, Colton and Sienna.  Also survived by sisters, brothers, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Visitation will take place on Saturday, May 1, 2021 at the FUNERAL HOME from Noon until the time of service at 2PM.  Interment at Southern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery at a later date.

Allan was a retiree of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, and a member of Local 66 I.A.M.  He also was proud to have served in the US Army and was a member of the American Legion Post 356 and the VFW.

In lieu of flowers memorials to Hales Corners Lutheran Church or to the Stars and Stripes Honor Flight of Wisconsin appreciated.

    Dad P. you will be missed. Thank you for all the charity work you did over the years. The hats you knitted were greatly appreciated for the Veterans and homeless.
    You were always their any time Rodney, called. You would say, “I’ll be there as soon as I get my shoes on.” Rod and I would laugh. It was something your son copied and it still makes me smile.
