Called home to Heaven on July 3, 2017 at the age of 93 years. Beloved wife of Christian and the late Wallace Plautz. Loving Mom of Nancy (Jim) Dernbach, Joan (Sal) Sanicola, Debra (Randy) Sheble, Lori (DeClue) Ehlke, Karen (Dave)McAdams. Caring Grandma of Nick (April) Sanicola, Jeff (Diane) Sanicola, Dan (Tara) Sanicola, Christopher (Megan) Sheble, Andrea Sheble, Rich(fiancé Nichole) DeClue, Cari (Mike) DeClue, Josh Ehlke, Tom, Ben, Hailey, Ellie McAdams. Proud Great-Grandma of Brooklyn Sheble. Sweet Stepmom of Kit (Vicki) Indermuehle, Beth (Dave) Schulz, Jennifer (Steve) Nahn, the late Sue (Curt) Ahrendsen and their families. Dear Sister of Carol Pape. Also survived by other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held Friday, July 7 from 9:30AM-11AM at NAIN EV. LUTHERAN CHURCH, 1665 S. 57th St. followed by a Funeral Service at 11AM.
Anita was a longtime member at Nain Ev. Lutheran Church, volunteered at the pregnancy counseling center and was a wonderful mom and grandma. She and Chris enjoyed 22 loving years together, traveling and seeing the world.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to Nain Ev. Lutheran Church, WELS Lutherans for Life or Children’s Hospital appreciated.
