Quam, Anita M., “Toni”

(nee Nowak) Born November 19, 1958.  Passed away on July 18th, 2019, at the age of 60. Survived by her daughters Sandra, Stephanie, and Jessica; Sister Christine Grilli; Grandchildren Sarah, Brianna, Arianna, Annabelle, Nevaeh, Santana, Savannah, Danica, Scotty, and Austin.  Preceded in death by her son Matthew, and parents Leo and Sue Nowak.

Services will be held at HERITAGE FUNERAL HOME, 4800 S. 84th St. on  Thursday August 8th, 2019.  Visitation 5pm-7pm with services to follow.
