Ann Grace
Clayton
Ann Grace Clayton, age 77 of Oak Creek, passed away unexpectedly on September 1, 2019. She was born on November 8, 1941 in Wild Rose, the daughter of David and Gladys (Cutler) Clayton.
Ann graduated from Wild Rose High School in 1959 and worked for many years for the Chrysler Corporation. She had a joyous and generous soul. Ann made many friends throughout her life and will be remembered for her love of the Brewers and her singing. She will be sorely missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
Ann is survived by her sister Jean (Russell) Kittleson and her nephews Roger, Gary and John as well as their wives and children. She was preceded in death by her parents.
A memorial will be held for immediate family only at a date to be determined.
My husband and I offer our deepest condolences. Your family has lost it’s rockstar. She loved you all so much. Ann was our larger than life gift of laughter and friendship. She touched so many lives. My memories of aquatics antics, Brewer game girls club, birthday/holiday luncheons will carry me through my grieving process. Ann had friends of many eras and loved by so many. I believe Ann would have loved for us all to share in all those memories. So sorry there will not be a chance for us all to attend a memorial. May you all find peace and memories of all the ways that Ann filled your lives with fun and laughter.
Once again. Sorry for your loss. In addition to earlier condolences, I would like to offer a suggestion. It was nice to finally find this notice after searching for weeks. Was hoping Ann’s death notice would be published in the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel. Ann had so much history spending most of her life here in Milwaukee and acquired countless friends locally. Many of those have not had the capability to search online to find this notice. Please consider a published notice. Thank you and continued prayers for your family to find peace.
