hmmm. not sure if my comments were saved as I apparently I hit the wrong key.

Ernie (Uldis), I’ll never forget how Anna helped me. Her comments about my life were from a Mother’s perspective (she was my 2nd Mother).
I treasure the memories and influence you both have had on my life.
Ernie, life goes on, and the sun comes up every day, live as if she was on your shoulder for a while, that will lessen as time goes on but never completely. Reflect upon yours’ and hers’ accomplishments, primarily your children and grand-children (as no amount of treasure is welcomed into heaven, but wonderful souls are). Anna’s and your shaping hands contributed to their growing up to be the fine women and men they are. Keep exerting your influence upon everyone you meet. I thank Anna and you.for being in my life. Her, and your, life experiences since WWII and later, made you the good people I know. Tho you may not have thought about it at the time, I have been blessed by knowing you both.
    John
Your backyard neighbor of 26 years. Patti loved you both.
