Anne Sather

Age 96, longtime resident of Milwaukee’s East Side, died peacefully Friday, January 24, 2014. Anne (“Babe”) was born January 12, 1918, in Marinette, WI. She was the daughter of Louis and Anna Vogt and the youngest of three girls. Preceded in death by her loving husband, George, her sisters Helen and Marie, and goddaughter Leslie Ann (nee Adams) O’Connor. Beloved aunt of Heleana Adams, Martina Adams, Jeffrey McLaughlin, Sean McLaughlin, the Kempf family, other caring nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

A memorial service will be held in Lindsay Hall Chapel at Eastcastle Place, 2505 E. Bradford Ave., Milwaukee, WI 53211 on Friday, February 14 at 1:00 p.m. Interment Forest Home Cemetery in Marinette, WI.

The family wishes to thank the staff at Columbia St. Mary’s Hospital and the many kind and compassionate individuals at Eastcastle Place and Bradford Terrace who brought joy into Anne’s life.
