Brother of Kathy (Dale) Church. Loving nephew of Josephine Fazio, Salvatore (Judith) Fazio, James Fazio, and Janice (Stan) Kovaleski. Further survived by other relatives and friends.

Private Family services have been held with interment at Holy Cross Cemetery.
