Passed away on Monday, October 10, 2016, age 73 years. Husband of Mary Lewandowski. Father of Barb Pann, Ann, and David Lewandowski. Grandfather of David Jr., Cody, and Kristy Lewandowski, Paul Rombca, Kaite Overholt, and Ashley Servant. Great grandfather of Sofia Lewandowski. Brother of Judy(Dick) Willms. Also survived by sisters-in-laws, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

A Committal service will be held Tuesday, Oct. 18th at 11AM at Southern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery.

Anthony was proud to be an Army veteran.
