Kortendick, Arlene L. “Mick”

Of the town of Raymond. Arlene was born in Milwaukee on March 22, 1933, the daughter of Arnold and Florence Gruenwald (nee Lewandowski).
Became another angel in heaven on July 18, 2016, at the age of 83 years. Dear mother of Greg, the late Michael, Mary Kay (Steve) Runge, Randy (Leanne), Rick (Tammi) Kortendick. Loving grandmother of Miranda, Jessica, Katie, Matthew, Kevin, Kody, Coralee, Carlin and Ariel. Great Grandmother of Chloe, Emma, Elly, and Dylan. Sister of Patricia Beyer and Carl (Judith) Gruenwald. Also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.

Arlene was employed at Briggs and Stratton Corp. for over 30 years, retiring in 1998. Arlene was an active member of St. James Catholic Church in Franklin for many years. She also volunteered many hours as the “Greeter” at Oak Creek Place.
The Family wishes to thank the staff at Oak Creek Place and Compassus Hospice for their loving and compassionate care of our Mom.

A visitation will be held Friday July 22nd at 10AM at ST. JAMES CATHOLIC CHURCH (7219 S. 27th St Franklin, WI 53132) until time of Memorial Mass at 11AM. Because of road construction please use 31st St. off of Rawson Ave or Drexel Ave. A private burial has been set up for a later date at St. Louis Church Cemetery in Caledonia.

Memorials to St. James Catholic Church have been suggested.
