Arnold “Arnie” Aune

Arnold Lee Aune, “Arnie”, age 54 of Milwaukee, Wisconsin passed away in the early afternoon of Wednesday May 10th.

Memorial visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 16th at 2:00 pm at Heritage Funeral Home located at 4800 S. 84th Street in Greenfield, WI with a Memorial Service to follow at 3 PM. The family would ask that in lieu of flowers, to make a donation to assist the family with his final expenses.

Arnie was born June 30th 1962 in Mauston WI. He moved with his family to Waterford, WI when he was 12. As an adult he lived in Milwaukee and the eventually moved to South Beach Florida. He returned to Milwaukee approximately 4 years ago. His life’s work was in construction. He worked on many projects over the years, including art installations for the Bass Museum in Miami Florida.

He is survived by his daughter, Amy Aune and Cory Cortez; his son and his spouse, Jeremy and Keesha Aune; his grandchildren, Anayah, Zuri, Klaus Aune and Gabriella Cortez; his sister and her spouse, Jacqueline and Antony Winslow; his brother and his spouse, Ronald and Jennifer Aune; his brother Jamie Aune; his mother Carol Aune and three nieces and three nephews, along with aunts, uncles and cousins and many many friends that love him.

He is preceded in death by his father, James Aune.

He is completely irreplaceable and will be missed beyond words.
