Friday, February 15th, 2019, at the age of 79. Loving brother of Richard (Helen) Ambord, and the late Terrence (RaeLynn) Ambord. Uncle of Kimberly (Steve) Godfrey, Shari Ambord, Jeff (Theresa) Ambord, Joel (Hannet) Ambord, TerriRae (Quinn) Noel, Zachary (Jen) Ambord. Great-uncle of Owen, Ryan, Megan, Sean, Will, Milo, Elsie, StellaRae, Warren, Holden, Gavin, Mallory, Talan, Anika, Camden, Brecken, and Dreysen. Cousin of Rita Steiger. Dear friend of Steve Chirban and his family. Also survived by other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held on Friday, February 22nd at ST. JOHN’S EV. LUTHERAN CHURCH, 6802 W. Forest Home Ave, from 10-11AM, followed by the funeral service at 11AM. Interment Arlington Cemetery.

Arthur was born in Queens, NY, and proudly served in the US Air Force. He was a longtime employee at Louis Allis Company. He loved to travel, classical music, opera, sailing and sweets. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
