Nee Donalds Born September 19, 1924, in Rochester, Minnesota. Born to Eternal Life May 21, 2011, age 86. Preceded in death by her beloved husband of 61 years, Gene. Loving mother to Pat Walslager, Jay Breitbach, Peggy John Krueger and Gene Breitbach and mother-in-law to Janet Braun. Treasured grandmother to Kathy Walslager Darius Barkaukas, fiancé, Chrissy Scott, Jr. Koerner, Jessica Breitbach, Michelle Breitbach and Eric Breitbach Meghan Carson, fiancée, and great-grandmother to Kayla Koerner. Barbara is further survived by many caring friends and extended family. Barbara was a pioneer of her time, running a printing company out of her home while raising her 4 children. As she transitioned into retirement she partnered with her husband Gene painting his award winning carvings, primarily of various ducks and other wildlife. She further spent many hours dedicated to keeping the gardens of Fond du Lac, Rosendale & Ripon beautiful through the Master Gardeners program, keeping her very busy. She will be remembered fondly by all who knew her. Visitation Friday May 27, 2011, 11 AM – 12 noon, at St Mary Catholic Faith Community, 9520 W. Forest Home Ave., Hales Corners, WI, with Mass of Christian Burial at 12 noon. Burial to follow at Ledgeview Memorial Park, Fond du Lac, WI. The family would like to thank the caring staff at Clare Bridge of Brookfield and Odyssey Hospice Care. Memorials to the Alzheimer’s Association appreciated.
