May 20, 2017, age 99 years. Preceded in death by his beloved wives Miriam “Mimi” (nee Hess) Chernov and Frances “Frankie” (nee Kaufmann) Adashek Chernov. Cherished father of the late Richard (Barbara) Chernov and Martha (Kenneth) von Kluck. Loving grandfather of Dylan (Maura) Chernov, Gabriel (Erin) Chernov, Tanya (Dan) Chernov Smith, Jordan (Ashley) von Kluck and Alex von Kluck. Great-grandfather of Raya, Miles, Finn, Graham, Duncan, and Desmond. Brother-in-law of Dorothy Gaertner. The family is grateful to Ben’s long-time caregivers Peggy and Renee for their love and devotion.

Ben was a man of character who will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

Services 11:00 AM Monday, May 22, 2017 at Congregation Emanu-El B’ne Jeshurun, 2020 W. Brown Deer Rd. Interment to follow at Spring Hill Cemetery.

The family will receive condolence calls at Mr. Chernov’s Residence, 1610 N. Prospect Ave. Unit 405 on Monday May 22nd following the burial services.
