Beth (Betty) Polinske, (nee Lubarsky), earned her 90 years on February 20 and left our earthly world March 6th, with the love of her life, Don holding her hand and guiding her to heaven. She was the beloved mother of Cindy (John ) Lussier, Donald (Pauline), Dennis (Sandy), Robb (Pam), the late Jeffrey (Rich), Diana (Thomas) Carver, Laura (Steve) Naughton, and Bryan (Lisa). Proud grandmother of: Nicole, Tiffany, Jodi, Justin (Danielle), Donny (Stephanie), Aaron (Allana), Sarah (Jeff), Dennis Michael, Shane, Heather, Carrie (Chris), Jesse (Dee), Samantha (Javi), Matt, Katie, Becky (Nate), Kristen (Eric), Mike, Jason, Jake (Juan), Mackenzie, Joseph, Elise (Anthony), Emily, Clayton and Logan. And cherished grandma-great of 24.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 51 years, Don Polinske, her parents, Joseph and Blanche (Buckowski) Lubarsky, 10 siblings and their spouses, 8 brothers and sisters in laws and their spouses, She is survived by brother-in-law Bob, an abundance of nieces, nephews, and friends, as well as many friends of her children who she treated as family.
Betty was a wonderful, hardworking and devoted wife, mother and grandmother and her family was what she was most proud of and was her heart and soul. She held numerous part time jobs throughout her 90 years, but her devotion was to the family business, Polinske Novelties, she built with sweat and love with Don and her children/grandchildren, spending years at fairs, sports games, festivals, and parades throughout southern Wisconsin.
Her family would like to thank her doctors at Aurora and the Aurora Hospice team, and all the people who visited, called, loved her and thought about her throughout these past few months. She loved and was loved by many.
Visitation on Wednesday March 10 4-7 at Heritage Funeral Home, 4800 S. 84th St., with a Prayer Service at 6:30. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Mary Catholic Faith Community, 9520 S. Forest Home Ave., Thursday at 10:30, interment to follow immediately after at Holy Sepulcher Cemetery, Cudahy.
