Friends may pay their respects to Betty on Tuesday, July 11, 2023, at All Saints’ Lutheran Church, 9131 S. Howell Ave. in Oak Creek from 1:00PM until the Memorial Service at 1:30 PM.

Friends are welcome to join Bill’s children and their families to celebrate Bill’s Life and Honor his service to our Country on Wednesday, July 12, 2023, at 12:00 Noon for a Committal Service with Military Honors at Forest Hill Memorial Park, 3301 E. Forest Hill Ave. in Oak Creek.

In lieu of flowers, please donate to your local animal shelter.

Bill E. Ford

Passed away June 23, 2023, age 93 years.  Husband of Betty (nee Bragdon) for 70 years.  Dear father of Linda Ford, Al (Darlene) Ford and Sandy (Mark) Binversie. Grandfather of Jami (Brian) Rummel-Desjardin.  Great-Grandfather of Johnny & Elizabeth Weinhold, Will Desjardin and Clayton Rummel.  Great-Great-Grandfather of Hero Weinhold.  Brother of Helen (Marcel) Hudson.  Preceded in death by his Daughter Shari Ford, Grandsons John & Jason Weinhold and Great-Grandson Vinny Weinhold. Further survived by family and friends.

Bill proudly served his country during the US Air Force during the Korean War.  He was a hard worker, retired from Laddish after 30 years of dedicated service.  For those who loved him, he will be remembered as a Loving, Humble, Gentle man, who had an Adventurous Spirit and a Love for All Animals.  He will be Greatly missed and Forever in our Hearts.

Bill’s family is eternally grateful to the staff at the Veterans Home at Union Grove for their exceptional care and support.
