Brooke Rosas, long time resident of West Allis, WI, passed away on July 1st, 2023.
Brooke was born on November 22nd, 1971, to his parents Shelley Rosas and Rudolph Rosas, who has preceded him in death.
Married in 1994 to his high school sweetheart Theresa Marie Rosas (Czaplewski) and together raised four wonderful children, whom he was extremely proud of:
Devin, who is married to Sarah (Steinhilber) and have blessed the family with a precious granddaughter, Sofia Emerson; Nolan; Ian and Colten.
Brooke attended Whitnall high school, graduating in 1989. He pursued a career as an electrician and was a dedicated member of IBEW Local 494.
Outside of his professional life, Brooke was equally passionate about giving back to his community. He was actively involved in various charitable organizations, notably the Wisconsin Humane Society, where he lent his support to animal welfare causes. Brooke also deeply cared about youth development and sports. He dedicated his time to coaching and mentoring not only his sons, but countless young athletes in various sports such as: youth/high school wrestling, youth football, little league baseball and youth bowling.
Brooke was a caring and devoted husband and father and a cherished friend to many. His kindhearted nature, generosity and unwavering compassion touched the lives of countless individuals. Brooke loved to spend his free time tending to his vegetable gardens, perfecting his meat smoking abilities, and attending numerous Brewer games as a season seat holder. Brooke loved to ride with Theresa on their Harley Davidson Road Glide as often and as long as he could with their amazing family of friends. He loved listening to his old country music and going to live concerts. He will be remembered for his “warm smile”, sense of humor, and his willingness to lend a helping hand.
On July 1st, 2023, Brooke tragically passed away, leaving behind a legacy of love, integrity and community service. While his departure has left a void in the lives of those who knew him, his memory will forever remain in their hearts.

Mother and father in law, Linda and Roger Czaplewski Jr.; sister in law, Amber Czaplewski and her sons Austin and Trystan; brother in law Roger Czaplewski III and his son Roger IV; in addition to numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the Wisconsin Humane Society in Brooke’s name or contribute to the Go Fund Me account established for the family. Please dress in casual attire, even Harley Davidson or Brewer inspired.
There are no words to totally explain our feelings. However Brooke will always remain in our heart forever. He will always be remembered as the nephew who wore shorts to most of our family Christmas gatherings. He will certainly be missed. RIP
