Oct. 14, 2013, age 63. Husband, Best Friend, and Forever Sweetheart of Bonnie (Nee Somers). Beloved father of Chris (Brenda) Johnson, Laura (Ed) Albrecht and Scott (Lisa) Johnson. Dear grandpa of Matthew and Emily. Dear brother of Carol (Greg) Bielski and Brian Clemence. Preceded in death by parents Arthur and Shirley. Memorial visitation Sunday 10 AM – 1 PM at the Funeral Home with Memorial Service at 1 PM. Private Interment.

Bruce is a retired member of Operating Engineers Local 139 and had worked for Edgerton Contractors for approximately 22 years.

Bruce and his wife spent many happy hours on their Harley Davidson motorcycle, touring the “back roads” of Wisconsin and enjoying the beautiful scenery of the farms and small towns along the way. It was always a relaxing, special time for them.

Bruce and Bonnie are members of the American Hereford Association and the Wisconsin Hereford Association and have enjoyed the company of so many wonderful friends in the Hereford community. Bruce loved his cows and had the “patience of a saint” when it came to handling his herd. His kindness and gentle nature showed through in everything that he did.
