(nee Lentz) Born to Eternal Life on Tuesday, February 7, 2017 age 75 years. Loving mother of David (Lynn), Dean (LeAnn), Regina (John) Miller and Douglass (Jeanette). Proud grandma of Catania and Griffin Anderson; and Nicholas and Emily Miller. Dear sister of Elaine Jasunas, the late Kathleen Stawski, Ruth DeSantis, Marge Goglio and Elizabeth Lentz. Further survived by her great-aunt Pat Mize, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Visitation Saturday, February 11 from 9:30 – 10:45 AM at OUR LADY OF LOURDES, 3722 South 58th Street. Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 AM. Interment St. Adalbert’s cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials to a charity of your choice is appreciated.
