Passed away Sat. Oct. 8, 2016 at the age of 69yrs. Beloved wife of Charles. Loving mother of Kim, Shirley, Charlene, (the late Denise Kellogg). Dear Grandmother of Jeremy, Jessica, Casandra. Great-Grandmother of Elijah Quinonez-Her Life Saver. She is preceded in death by her sisters Donna Wojnowski and Linda Kochnowicz and her parents Garry and Sylvia Wojnowski. Carolyn is survived by her sister Debbie Janczak and cousins Les, Larry Kiehnau and Diane Boes and other relatives and friends. The family would like to thank Dr. Kumari Chintamaneni for the wonderful care and support given to Carolyn during this time.
A visitation will be held Wed. at the Funeral Home from 4-7PM with a service to follow at 7PM. Entombment will be Thurs. at 10AM at St. Adalbert Cemetery (Please meet at Cemetery).
