Carolyn C. Schaser

Carolyn Schaser, age 84, went to be with her Savior on July 25, 2015. She was born on September 29, 1930 in Buffalo, New York. Carolyn received her B.A. from Valparaiso University where she met George Schaser. They began their life together October 25, 1952 and she was his faithful wife and best friend for 63 years. She was a devoted mother to Andrew(Julie), Matthew(Karen), and Philip(Kathy) and loving grandma to Allison(Patrick), Emma, Luke, Jeremy, Lydia, Michele, Tim(Christina), Rachel, Callie, and James.
Carolyn is survived by her sisters Thea Blacker and Libby Brady; and brothers Mark and Richard(Nancy) Kuehn and numerous nieces and nephews.

A memorial gathering will be held Sunday, August 9th, 2015 at St. Jacobi Evangelical Lutheran Church 8601 W. Forest Home Ave. Milwaukee, WI 53228; where Carolyn was a member. Visitation will begin at 12:30 p.m. followed by the memorial service beginning at 2 p.m.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to Aurora Home Hospice Visiting Nurses and also the professional and nurturing staff of the Zilber Family Hospice; where Carly comfortably lived her final days surrounded by her family and visiting friends.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be given to St. Jacobi Evangelical Lutheran Church, Wisconsin Institutional Ministries, or the Zilber Family Hospice.
