(nee Gorse) Called home to the Lord on Tuesday, December 8, 2015, age 81 years. Beloved wife of the late John. Dear mother of Cindy (Arnold) Krumnauer, Doug (Vicki) and Darryl (Marika) Mertz. Loving grandmother of Tracey (Jason) Wilmot, Chad Krumnauer, Joel (Lydia), Joshua, Jacob (Tory) and Jeremiah Mertz, Kaleb, Korey and Kira Mertz. Great grandmother of Tyler and Brianna Wilmot. Also survived by cousins,nieces, nephews and other relatives and many friends.
Visitation will be held Saturday, December 12, 2015 at HALES CORNERS LUTHERAN CHURCH, 12300 W. Janesville Rd., from 1:00 PM until the time of service at 3:00 PM. Private entombment at Wisconsin Memorial Park Cemetery.
Carolyn cherished her immediate family and so loved her “family” at Steeple View Senior Community where she lived for 11 years.
