nee Budny. Died peacefully Mar. 13, 2008 at the age of 92 yrs. Dearest wife of the late Lester Buboltz. Beloved mother of Patricia the late Ken Schnell, James Linda Buboltz, Elaine Gary LeBeau, Robert Marge Buboltz, Nancy Michael Valasek and Kathleen Jim Venne. Loving grandmother of 21, great-grandmother of 32. Dearest sister of her longtime caregiver Alice Budny, Eleanor the late Don Adamiak, and Bernard Frances Budny. Preceded in death by her sister Charlotte Anderson and her brothers, Tony, Jack and Clement. Further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Visitation Mon. Mar. 17th, 9:30 – 10:30am with the Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30am at ST. MARY’S CHURCH, 9520 W. Forest Home Ave. Interment St. Adalbert’s. A sincere thanks to the staff and residents of Forest Ridge. Our very heartfelt thank-you to the staff of the Cardiac Intensive Care Unit at St. Luke’s Hospital, particularly Dr. Steve Rommelfanger and nurses Sandy and Suzanne.
