Peacefully passed away on Saturday, January 16, 2016, at the age of 72. Beloved husband of Judith (nee Long) for 51 years. Loving father of Rebecca (Jim) Weber, and Angela (Shawn) Sullivan. Cherished grandpa of Alex (Jessica), and Amanda Weber, Cody and Brian Sullivan. Also survived by brothers, other relatives and friends.

Memorial visitation will take place on Wednesday, January 20th, at the FUNERAL HOME, from 4-7PM, with a Time of Remembrance at 7PM.

Chan was a member of the Local 8 Iron Worker’s Union for 37 years.

In lieu of flowers, memorials to Zilber Family Hospice appreciated.
