“Chuck”
Passed away peacefully on January 9, 2025 at age 81. Chuck was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin on January 8, 1944 to Milfred and Eleanore Crouse. Beloved husband of Karin who he was married to for 40 years. Loving father of Jennifer (Matthew) Martin, Patricia (Scott) Standaert, Ricky Olson, and Diane Olson. Proud grandpa of Kaitlyn, Marissa, Madisyn, Thomas, and Vera. Great grandpa of Harper, Tristen, Alayah, Elijah, Mariah, Aliyah, Lola. Further survived by siblings Diane (the late Richard) Randolph, Duane (Norma) Crouse, Dwight (Jill) Crouse, Dennis Crouse, and many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by parents Milfred and Eleanore Crouse, sister Donna (the late Thomas) Lelinski, and granddaughter Samantha.
Chuck proudly served in the US Army during Vietnam. He went on to have a career with Milwaukee Road/Soo line before retiring after many hard-working years. Chuck was best known for his love of his family and goofy sense of humor, he loved making people laugh. He enjoyed playing cards, going out for a good hearty breakfast, daily walks with his dog Claire, and the Green Bay Packers.
Family and friends are invited to gather at the Heritage Funeral Home 16880 W. National Ave New Berlin, WI 53151 on Monday, January 27th from 11am-1pm. Memorial service at 1pm followed by military honors.
