Passed away on February 18, 2009 at the age of 57. Loving father of Heather and Chad. Beloved son of Charles and Leora Krisik. Caring brother of Diane Lanthrip and Cindy Smith. Former husband of Judy Tole. Also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held on Tues. from 12 Noon – 1 PM at the funeral home. Funeral Service will follow at the funeral home at 1 PM. Interment at Wisconsin Memorial Park.
