Of Milwaukee, WI. Dad was born to Eternal Life in the early morning of January 27, 2007 at the age of 81 years. He was a loving husband for 53 years and best friend to Marguerite nee Molling. He was older brother of James P. Sliker of Boston and dear father of CharlesBrenda, JosephJoan, MarkDebbie and ThomasKim. Beloved grandfather of Michael, Matthew, Joseph, Katherine and Morgan Mary Sliker. Further survived by other relatives and friends.

A visitation will be held Wed. from 3:30 ? 5:15 PM at DIVINE MERCY CHURCH ? COLLEGE AVE CAMPUS, 675 E. College Ave. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 5:30 PM.

Dad was a faithful and giving man. Proud WW II veteran who served as a medical corpsman in the South Pacific. Retired from Allen Bradley/Rockwell Automation after 32 years of service to AB. Chuck was a Eucharistic Minister at St. Sylvester Parish for more than 15 years. Also dedicated volunteer at St. Luke?s South Shore Hospital. Dad loved golf, bowling, the Brewers, the Packers and was an avid reader. He was preceded in death by his father Walter, mother Angeline and brother Walter, Jr.

Many thanks to the staff, doctors and nurses of St Luke?s South Shore, SouthPointe Rehabilitation Center and Ruth Hospice for their care and dedication to him, especially Drs. Paul Robey, Stuart Fine, Gregory Rosner and Margery Howard. Thanks also to Fr. Ronald Gramza and Fr. Bob Betz of Divine Mercy Roman Catholic Church for their support and spiritual care of Chuck and his family. We love you, Chuck
