Clara Jean
Trotter
“Repent and be baptized, every one of you, in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins… The promise is for you and your children and all who are far off-for all whom the Lord our God will call”
Acts 2:38, 39
Trotter, Clara Jean
On April 12, 2011, the Lord our God called Clara Jean Trotter home to heaven after a five day struggle with septic shock. Septic shock is a serious medical condition caused by an overwhelming immune response to infection, in Clara s case, an unknown one. Clara was the daughter of Matt and Mary Jo nee Schultz Trotter. Sister of Hannah, Emma and Claudia. Granddaughter of Robert and Barbara Trotter and Connie Schultz. Great granddaughter of Margaret King. Also survived by aunts, uncles and other relatives and friends.
Visitation Saturday, April 16, from 9:00 AM until 11:00 AM at GRACE EV. LUTHERAN CHURCH, 1209 N. Broadway, Milwaukee, followed by the Funeral Service at 11:00 AM. The family requests that all guests “wear Easter clothes, not funeral clothes”, showing bright colors for the array of spiritual and eternal blessings that belong to believers by the resurrection of Jesus Christ.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to Medical College of Wisconsin, with a notation stating “Department of Pediatrics – Clara Trotter Memorial Fund”, 8701 Watertown Plank Road, Milwaukee, WI 53226 appreciated.
