Passed away peacefully on Oct. 21, 2008, at the age of 79. Beloved and cherished husband of Joyce Nee Romp for 56 years. Preceded in death by his son Gary C. Proud father of Sandra Tim Gresser, Cheryl Lubinski, and Greg S. Dear grandfather of 4 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great granddaughters. Also survived by other relatives and friends.

Visistation Thursday, Oct. 23, 9-11 AM at the funeral home with Funeral Service at 11 AM. Interment Arlington Park Cemetery. Employee of Alen-Bradley for 35 years, an avid sportsman, and proud member of the 508th Airborne Division.
