Daniel David Gerdman
Age 22, of Waterloo, Iowa died Tuesday August 4, 2009 of a work-related accident.

Dan was born Feb. 11, 1987, in West Allis, Wi, the son of David Gerdman and Margaret Jo Johanns Gerdman. He graduated from West Allis Central High School. Dan worked as an electrician. Growing up, he enjoyed playing baseball, soccer and fishing.

Dan is survived by his father, David Julie Gerdman, of Oconomowoc, WI.; his brother, Doug Erin Gerdman of Osage, IA; maternal grandmother, Shirley Johanns of Osage, IA; paternal grandparents, Donald Rozanna Gerdman, of Baileys Harbour, WI.; two stepsisters, Jessica Mercado of Milwaukee, WI., and Antonia Dustin Mercado of Muskego, WI.; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Margaret Jo Johanns Gerdman in 2005; maternal grandfather, Raymond Johanns; and paternal grandmother, Virginia Gerdman.

Funeral services were held Saturday, Aug. 8, 2009 in Osage, IA with burial in St. Peter’s Cemetery in New Haven, IA.

Family will receive friends Sunday August 23 from 1:30 to 4:00 PM with a Memorial Service at 3:00 PM at THE DELAFIELD FISH HATCHERY , 417 Main Street in Delafield, WI 53018. Rev. Rich Andrews officiating.
