Passed away Fri. March 2, 2012 at the age of 69yrs. He is preceded in death by his beloved wife Beverly Ann Nee Balcerak and his brother Norbert. Loving father of Tracey Chalyn, Adam Tina. Dear Grandfather of Amondo & Angelica. Brother of Doris Gary Edwards. Also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be on Wed. from 1-3PM at the Funeral Home with a service to follow at 3PM. Private Interment. Memorials Appreciated.
