Passed away Thursday, January 26, 2017 at the age of 58 years. Loving wife of David Sandblom. Mother of David Arthur Hoffmann II and Danielle (Anthony) Kumm. Stepmother of Preston (Lisa) Sandblom. Daughter of Flora Stocks. Sister of Jayne Schwartz, Susan Miller, George Lucas and the late Lorraine Stehofsky. Grandmother of David Arthur Hoffmann III, Brooke Hoffmann, Ella Hoffmann, Desirrae Hoffmann, Aubrey Kumm, Ava Kumm and Aria Kumm. Great grandmother of Jackson and Gabriela. Also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be Monday from 5PM-8PM at the FUNERAL HOME with a funeral service at 7PM. Interment at Good Hope Cemetery,4141 S. 43rd St., Tuesday, Feb. 7th, at 11AM.
Dawn was a 15 year employee of Wheaton Franciscan Health Care.
