My heart hurts from the loss of a special cousin. Deanna taught me to ride horses on her beloved Jupiter, that she trained from a colt. Deanna had “mother hen” tendencies. She made sure that Janet and I had a ride to Turner hall from gymnastics and spent many lunch hours with me when I was in the hospital with a broken arm. She was a very giving person. Heaven got a good one.

Best sister-in-law ever always had a listening ear and great thoughts and advice. Will truly miss our phone calls!

She was the most loving and fun grandma, even in the final days I got to spend with her. I will always miss making holiday meals with her, her great big hugs, and the laughter we shared together.

We have so enjoyed our many discussions with Deanna and Cole as our dear friends and neighbors. One of our fondest memories was an invite to have a dune buggy race with them. It could not have been more fun., and of course, they won!
Deanna’s laugh was infectious ; she was the best of the best.
