Born to Eternal life on Friday May 2, 2014 age 80 yrs. Beloved husband of Phyllis (nee Colrud) for over 53 yrs. Dear father of Debbi (Jeff) Kruszka, Jacki (Joe) Worzella, Cherri Bradish and his loving pet Winston. Loving grandfather of Emilee (David) Lindner, Kelsee (Jake) Stellpflug, Tyler Kruszka, Andy (fiancée Hania) Worzella and Alex Worzella. Great grandfather of Ella Lindner. Son in law of Elvira Colrud. Brother of Roselyn (Bob) Ruppenthal, Delores (the late Jack) Schmeling, Millie (Earl) Kussmann, Barb (Art) Flater, Janet (Roger) Bruss, Peter (the late RoseMary) Bradish and Carol (Bill) Wagner. Brother-in-law to Wayne Colrud, Dawn (Paul) LeNoble and Faye (Chet) Yenter. Also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
A visitation will be held on Tuesday May 6, 2014 at HALES CORNERS LUTHERAN CHURCH 12300 W. Janesville Rd. from 11AM until the time of memorial service at 1 PM.
Don was proud to have served his country serving in the U.S. Army. He started his career at Allis-Chalmers and retired from Siemens. Don truly enjoyed spending time with his family at their lake home in Beaver Dam. In Lieu of flowers memorials to Hales Corners Lutheran Church appreciated.
