of Jefferson, WI died Saturday April 7, 2001 at Fort Atkinson Memorial Health Services in Fort Atkinson, WI. He was born May 1, 1938 in Waukesha, WI to parents Bernard Lucht and Norma nee Reich. He attended Palmyra Public Schools. He married Carole nee Werningon June 27, 1964 at Sullivan Methodist Church. They ran their own dairy farm in Jefferson for the last 46 years. Donald was a member of the Palmyra United Methodist Church and a veteran of the US Army.
Survivors include his wife Carole, Sons BruceSandyof Whitewater, RobertAngelaof Jefferson, and Joel and friend Dee of Ixonia. Daughter Jeanette Lucht of California. Grandchildren Anna and Matthew of Whitewater, Jacob, Justin, and Caleb of Jefferson, and Jessie and Amanda of Helenville. Brothers and Sisters EuniceGerry Sinnamon, Melvin, JohnDarlene,RussellEdie, DarleneDon Sudbrink, BettyEdSchutten, RaymondJean. Also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. Donald was preceded in death by his parents and three brothers.
Visitation Wednesday April 11, 2001 at Palmyra United Methodist Church from 10 AM till time of service 1 PM. Pastor Jerry Lipka.
