Passed away January 30, 2015 at the age of 87 years. Beloved husband of Dolores (nee Thompson). Dear father of Daryl (Kathy), Daniel (Mary Anne), and Douglas (Judy). Loving grandfather of Liane (Mark) Morris, David (Angelique) DeZur, Dana DeZur, Ryan (Melissa) DeZur, Samantha DeZur, and Louie DeZur. Great-grandfather of Hailey, Kennedy, Alayna, Jacob, Dylan, and one baby on the way. Son of the late Joseph and Mary (nee Sekelsky) DeZur. Brother of Robert DeZur. Uncle of Kathryn (Keith Humphreys) DeZur. Son-in-law of the late Verner and Eleanor Thompson. Also survived by many cousins, brother and sister-in-laws, other relatives and friends. A visitation will be held Wednesday, February 4th from 4-7PM at the FUNERAL HOME. A Memorial Service will follow at 7PM. Interment will follow this spring. Retired from Godfrey Foods. Donald lived for and loved his family dearly.
